Viva launches InstaVoice celeb on Kirusa platform

“Mark B” is the first celebrity participating in this innovative initiative

VIVA customers in the Dominican Republic, access the service by sending a text message with the subscription code to 3030 to receive a voice message every day from Mark B. Subscribers receive an SMS in which they are notified that the content is available, and all they have to do is dial * 2 * to hear the message. Through the same option, they can send a response selecting the menu available. Subscribers also have the freedom to listen to old messages by dialing * 3 *.

Obafemi Banigbe, Former COO of Tigo Ghana, Joins Kirusa’s Advisory Board

Femi is currently the Managing Partner at Silver Rock Technology Services, a startup business and technology consulting firm focusing on Information and Communication technology industries.

Prior to co-founding Silver Rock, Femi was the Chief Operations Officer of Millicom Ghana (operators of Tigo) where he also functioned as the acting CEO and CTO. Before this, he was the CTO for Millicom Tanzania. Femi has held leadership roles in Airtel, Celtel & V-Mobile in Nigeria. He has also worked in Ericsson during his early career in several capacities.

Femi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Federal University of Technology Minna, Nigeria. Has done Advance Management Program at London Business School & also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom.
